Product changes & returns are accepted.
Changes or returns for online orders can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For the change to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, not worn, modified or washed, and the tab and barcode removed.
Returned products must be accompanied by the legal document of sale (receipt), which will be enclosed in the package.
If you wish to change the product:
You can make your shipment at the recipient’s expense using the ELTA courier, and the shipping and re-shipping costs are borne exclusively by the company for the first change per order and for an amount over € 50 within Greece. In case of a second change or order outside Greece, the cost of shipping and resending is borne exclusively by the customer. The new order should have a value equal to or greater than the one it replaces.
In case the new order has a higher value, the difference that will occur will be borne exclusively by the customer.
Shipping to change can be done using ELTA courier and recipient charge for the first change. For each subsequent change other than the first, the service is charged at a cost of 2.5 €.
If you want a refund:
In this case, the cost of all shipping is borne by the customer. You can make your shipment at the recipient’s expense using the ELTA courier.
You have the right to request a partial or full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. The amount will be refunded after shipping costs are deducted.
